Larry Brune

The founder of One Way, Larry Brune, brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen business instinct and a loving heart to the leadership of One Way Ministries. When his professional football career ended, he turned his energies to building a successful restaurant business. His passion to support and care for leaders led him to establish One Way Ministries. He focuses on building relationships and networking across the city, country and North America, and uses his dynamic energy to build up the Lord’s Kingdom here on earth.

Alan Kearns

Alan Kearns, Canada's Career Coach and CareerJoy founder, Workopolis career expert, Chapters/Indigo Trusted Advisor and author of Get the Right Job Right Now! is one of Canada's leading authorities on career management issues. As founder, president and head coach of Canada's career coaching company, Alan has shaped his almost 20 years of career management experience into a company that helps people from all over North America to navigate a wide variety of career-related issues. Alan is passionate about the work of One Way Ministries; helping Christian leaders develop their organizations in a healthy way.

Chris Simpson

The owner and manager of CCR Inc., Chris Simpson brings his business acumen to the Board of One Way Ministries. His Ottawa area firm provides ultra-clean manufacturing products and services for the semi-conductor, pharmaceutical and photonic industries. He and his wife Betsy are raising three daughters, and are pleased to have helped establish and administer Calvary Christian Academy. Chris is active with his family, church, business interests and sports. Through his involvement with One Way Ministries his desire is to see God's work accomplished, and to bring people throughout the region to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
