Larry Brune

The founder of One Way, Larry Brune, brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen business instinct and a loving heart to the leadership of One Way Ministries. When his professional football career ended, he turned his energies to building a successful restaurant business. His passion to support and care for leaders led him to establish One Way Ministries. He focuses on building relationships and networking across the city, country and North America, and uses his dynamic energy to build up the Lord’s Kingdom here on earth.

Dave Harder

After 13 years of campus ministry and helping with two church plants in Calgary and Vancouver Dave and his family moved to Ottawa in the summer of 2008. Dave is the lead Pastor of The Journey, a missional church that has a desire to see a city transformed one neighbourhood at a time -- and to see the Kingdom of God become tangible where people live, play and work. He also serves on the SLT of Mission Ottawa helping followers of Jesus to live on Mission in the city. He is married to Kari and they are raising three adventursome children.

Alan Kearns

Alan Kearns, Canada's Career Coach and CareerJoy founder, Workopolis career expert, Chapters/Indigo Trusted Advisor and author of Get the Right Job Right Now! is one of Canada's leading authorities on career management issues. As founder, president and head coach of Canada's career coaching company, Alan has shaped his almost 20 years of career management experience into a company that helps people from all over North America to navigate a wide variety of career-related issues. Alan is passionate about the work of One Way Ministries; helping Christian leaders develop their organizations in a healthy way.

Barb MacDonald

Over a lengthy career in communications, Barb MacDonald has helped many organizations find the right words, images and concepts to connect and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. She has worked in many countries around the globe, specializing in media operations at large sporting events, as well as providing strategic communications advice to senior management. She has always combined her vocation with active involvement in the work of local churches and volunteer organizations. Now Barb brings a passion for leaders, for helping them to communicate effectively and to see God’s Kingdom grow through the work of One Way Ministries to her role as a board member.
