One Way Ministries strives to create both the right atmosphere and the right opportunity to support leaders of organizations committed to serving Jesus Christ and building His Kingdom.

As we journey with leaders, we provide advice, counsel and encouragement, either one-on-one, or by bringing a team of people alongside them. By investing in Kingdom leaders personally, we minister deeply into their lives and through them to a much wider community.

Whether in church pastoral roles, in ministry organizations or working in business, education, government or administration, our goal is to ensure that leaders are spirtually healthy and helping to build God's Kingdom from a solid foundation.

At OWM we provide programs, seminars, support and opportunities that:

• facilitate intimate communities that promote leadership health
• encourage healthy marriages, families and intimate relationships
• empower and enrich the lives of women married to men in ministry
• help launch Kingdom organizations
