leadertoleader
Wrestling alligators in life and business.
Sometimes in life and business we encounter alligator issues; things that if left unaddressed can threaten our business, ministry and leadership efforts. When an alligator issue presents itself, we can lose the perspective to accurately identify the source and the action required to tackle it. Gathering other Christian leaders brings fresh thinking and diverse perspectives to an issue and brings value to the whole community.
leadertoleader allows Christian leaders to come together and help sort through difficult problems or circumstances in a safe, confidential and controlled environment. Through a structured, facilitated problem-solving session, leaders are helped to identify and resolve business/ministry concerns. In addition to the trained facilitator and the individuals presenting the issue, eight to ten Christian leaders gather around to discuss and provide feedback over a three to four hour period. By the time the session is over, the presenter has some new ideas, a new perspective and someone to walk alongside to help work through the issues.
It doesn’t just end there. The group gathers together again between six months and one year later to follow up the original meeting. And one person in the original meeting is chosen by the presenting leader as a personal mentor for the next season.
It has proven to be an amazing experience for all involved.
leadertoleader is presented by One Way Ministries and the Canadian National Christian Foundation
