Jennifer is passionate about working with leaders who yearn to live today what they want to be remembered for tomorrow. She is skilled at helping leaders reflect and take stock, look forward and dream, and develop the insights required to transform their legacy from “success” to “significance”. With over 25 years of experience in marketplace leadership and executive coaching, Jennifer has also served many ministries and church leaders. She is a Master Certified Coach and faculty member with the Halftime Institute in Dallas, TX and launched Halftime Canada in 2017. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the Education for Ministry (EfM) program. Married to a successful entrepreneur (Paul), she is the proud mother of one son. Jennifer is an avid skier and enjoys exploring the world with her family and her friends.
LOVE OTTAWA DIRECTOR
Richard’s desire is to encourage and serve the larger church as it works together and he is excited to lead the new Love Ottawa team. Richard also works as the Executive Director of Together Canada to encourage and raise up healthy city-wide teams in cities across our nation. Richard has experience in coaching and resourcing city-church efforts from across Canada. Richard pastored for over 20 years in the Toronto area, and has served as Associate Director at the National House of Prayer. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and Central Baptist Seminary. Richard is married to Terry and together they have a married daughter who also lives in Ottawa with her husband.

Doug’s passion is to come alongside Pastors and Ministry Leaders and journey with them through heart transformation. Doug desires to lead people into the freedom of who God made them to be and to walk that out with them. A founder of Salem Storehouse, Doug has lived in the Ottawa area for over 35 years. He has served in various capacities in the local church and several non-profit ministries.
PRAY OTTAWA LEAD
Sarah Jackson joined us in 2014 to give leadership to Pray Ottawa. She is a native of Ottawa and has been involved in various prayer initiatives over many years, including leadership for the prayer ministry in her local congregation. Previously, Sarah worked for 20 years with people with visual impairments, instructing them in the use of their guide dogs. Sarah will be developing the many facets of our city-wide prayer ministry.
ARLENE loves welcoming guests to our office. She acts as a liaison between the OWM team and intercessors in addition to managing the office environment and administrative needs. She is actively involved in the annual Ottawa Civic Prayer Breakfast and assists in Lift Ottawa initiatives and activities. Arlene is married to Ray and loves being the mother (and mother-in-law) of her adult children.
EVENTS COORDINATOR AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Janice keeps all of the events and activities on track, and is constantly being handed something new to work on! Born and raised in Ottawa, Janice brings her background in customer service and marketing from the high tech industry to her event management and executive assistant roles. She is very involved in music ministry, singing in her church choir and serving on the worship team. Janice and her husband Paul have three grown sons, lovely daughters-in-law and beautiful grandchildren.
Mark’s heart is to see Jesus become more famous, especially in Ottawa. He has a passion for leadership and for the health and growth of Christian leaders and their teams. He devotes his time to mentoring, learning and setting a course for ministry endeavours. Mark is married to Tracy and they have three children. He and Tracy have business interests that involve them in the marketplace from time to time. Mark serves both at his local church and sits on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations. He delights in his family, and has a love for the outdoors, good food, running, hockey and photography.
YIELD OTTAWA LEAD
Gerry is engaged with national leaders from many disciplines and will continue to embrace and gather leaders from both churches and the marketplace to foster greater unity and warmer synergy. Along with his extensive career in the CFL, he co-founded The Ottawa Athletic Club, served as a Family Therapist in Guelph and was a Director with Focus on the Family. After pastoring at The Peoples Church, Gerry served as Executive Director of Christian Business Ministries Canada. He and his wife Lore are ‘empty-nesters’ and make their home in Ottawa.
A background in accounting and administration for large organizations helped prepare Jennifer Dyck to step into the role of our accountant. Her creative side is expressed through a love of beauty in all aspects of life and her work as a trained interior designer. She is excited to encourage all of the people God places in her path, both here and in other facets of her life. Jennifer and her pastor husband Matt are raising four adventuresome boys.
Kent provides critical expertise to One Way Ministries, ensuring we can use the latest technology effectively in ministry. He works as an IT consultant with churches and Christian ministry organizations as his primary clients. He grew up and studied in Atlantic Canada, and have over 20 years working in the high technology and information technology industries. Very active in leadership at his local church, Kent is married to Seanna, and they have two wonderful and inquisitive daughters.
PRAYER AND HEALING
Lauren’s passion is to cheer on the church. She helps leaders prayerfully navigate through their personal difficulties. She journeys with them in a prayerful attitude and loves to see the Lord bring His hope and redemption into those vulnerable places. Lauren grew up in the southern States. Lauren also works with a mission sending organization as well as in her local church. She is married and loves her role as a wife and mom.
LIFT OTTAWA LEAD
Tracy’s desire is to live the “ordinary” life well. She walks alongside the women involved with Lift Ottawa to encourage and support them in their unique lives. She is also involved in OWM’s together program where they journey with ministry couples over a two year period. Tracy has a background in systems consulting and also Bible and cross-cultural studies. Tracy is married Mark and they are parents to three teenagers.
