Pastors & Ministry Leaders  

Kingdom leaders refers to a wide range of people who carry many different titles and responsibilities. We see Kingdom leaders as those who are in leadership of an organization that is committed to serving Jesus Christ and building His Kingdom.

Someone called ‘pastor’ may lead a large staff team, or work alone as the sole pastor of a small church. Others have been called to lead a ministry or para-church organization. The common element across all leaders is the call of God upon their heart to do His work, within the structure of His broader church.

A leader has been defined as “a person who is well fitted to lead’. One Way Ministries strives to create the right atmosphere, and provide opportunities to constantly assist in both fitting God’s people well for leadership and ensuring they stay healthy throughout their leadership.

As a new organization is beginning, we may walk alongside the leader or leaders for a period of time, providing advice, counsel, and encouragement to help launch it into being. For both new and existing entities, we can bring a team of people alongside who will advise and personally invest themselves to minister in a deep way into the lives of the leader and the organization.

It is our passion to see healthy, fulfilled people leading vibrant Kingdom churches, and Kingdom ministries, from local to national to international.
